No Smoking in the Community

Just a friendly reminder, your community association is a non-smoking community. Smoking in the common area is not permitted. Also, smoking near the elevator is causing the elevator to suddenly stop working.

Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:

• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard
• Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code

You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:

• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!”
• Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”

Thank you for contributing to the Association’s efforts to reduce paper and the costs associated with mailing documents

Roofing Project Update

Attention Seabridge Villas Residents,

The roof for 20331 Bluffside building is scheduled to be opened during the week of July 18th. Notices will be posted in your area within the next couple of weeks. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to ADCO South 714-543-7663.

Roofing Project Commencement

As friendly reminder the re-roof project will be starting at the 20371 Bluffside building on Monday, May 2, 2022. Please be prepared for noise, debris, and vibrations. Sprinkler Inspections Reminder

Dear Homeowners,
Your HOA has contracted SHIELD FIRE PROTECTION to conduct the 5 Year Re-
Certification Inspection of your fire sprinkler systems for your community. Your local fire
authority and the State Fire Marshall of California require that ALL homes be inspected.
Our inspectors will be conducting these inspections on: Friday, January 7th, Saturday,
January 8th and Saturday, January 15th, 2021. Below is the fire Sprinkler Inspection schedule as follows:

Friday, January 7th:
