Sprinkler Inspections Reminder

Dear Homeowners,
Your HOA has contracted SHIELD FIRE PROTECTION to conduct the 5 Year Re-
Certification Inspection of your fire sprinkler systems for your community. Your local fire
authority and the State Fire Marshall of California require that ALL homes be inspected.
Our inspectors will be conducting these inspections on: Friday, January 7th, Saturday,
January 8th and Saturday, January 15th, 2021. Below is the fire Sprinkler Inspection schedule as follows:

Friday, January 7th:
20331 Bluffside Units 101-122 8AM-11AM
20331 Bluffside Units 201-222 9AM-12PM
20331 Bluffside Units 301-322 1PM-4PM
20331 Bluffside Units 401-422 2PM-5PM

Saturday, January 8th:
20371 Bluffside Units 101-206 8AM-11AM
20371 Bluffside Units 207-312 9AM-12PM
20371 Bluffside Units 313-314 and Units 401-414, 1PM-4PM
20301 Bluffside Units 101-105
20301 Bluffside Units 106-210 2PM-5PM

Saturday, January 15th:
20301 Bluffside Units 211-313 8AM-11AM
20301 Bluffside 314-416 9AM-12PM

MOST IMPORTANTLY, if your residence is not inspected during your scheduled time slot
the homeowner may be subject to a $150 return trip fee. Please contact us at 888.365.7818
