Club House Rentals

The Clubhouse is currently not available for rentals due to COVID-19. At this time the Board of Directors have not determined when rentals will be resumed. Please call us at 949-450-0202 or email the Community Manager, Gabriel Guerrero, at gguerrero@actionlife.com if you have any questions.

Lockboxes

Just a friendly reminder lockboxes can only placed on the railing if your unit is for sale. If your unit is not for sale then the lockbox can be installed on the front door. With that being said In the next couple of weeks the Association’s Handyman will be removing lockboxes from boiler cage railings and/or walkway railings at the Beginning of August 1, 2021.

Attention Homeowners!!!!!

The Seabridge Villas Community Association will have four open Director positions beginning May/June 2021. This is an amazing opportunity to contribute to your community and to guide the future direction of the Seabridge Villas Community Association.

If you have found in the past that you have to offer constructive criticism, have ideas to contribute, and are willing to learn the many facets involved with becoming a Director, this is a great time to join. A fresh set of eyes in the Director role is just what the Association needs to help move the Villas forward by improving the quality of life and to increase our property values.

Every homeowner has skills and experiences to contribute that can dramatically impact the vitality of our community. We particularly need those who can offer expertise in problem solving, communications, accounting, and construction. If you have a background in these fields, we encourage you to submit your candidacy for consideration. We are looking for new ideas, leadership and great organization skills. It is the aim of the Board to recruit members who share input through collaboration and value open dialogue.

Community Announcements

In an effort to improve communication throughout the Seabridge community, the HOA boards, in conjunction with Action Property Management, have created a new ‘Announcements‘ section on the Resident Portal
(instead of posting things here on the public facing HOA sites).

  • Following HOA board meetings, updates and info will be posted in this new area.
  • This information will also be included in the next publication of the Seabridge Newsletter(s), which are emailed to all owners who have registered for electronic communications (see below for info).

Tenants
To help provide a similar experience as Owners for community announcements, rules, notices, and other documents, email the following information to Scot Cool to get tenant access to the Resident Portal:
– Your Name(s), Your Owner’s Name(s), Address, Contact #’s

Owners
If you would like to receive notices, budgets, audits, community updates, and other owner-related association documents via email instead of regular mail (saving us all administrative and mailing costs)… please print the Email Consent Form for your community located here, fill it out, sign it, and mail to Don at Action Property Management.

In an effort to improve security in our community, we request all residents/tenants call the Beach gate (714-536-6055) and confirm/update the following in Dwelling Live:

  • Your Name(s), Address, Contact #’s, Guests
  • Vehicle Year, Color, Make, Model, License # and Barcode #
