It’s always great to see our pets out and about, bringing a little extra joy and energy to the community. To help everyone maintain a peaceful and comfortable community environment, we’d like to share a few friendly tips on managing dog barking.

Here are some positive ways to help reduce excessive barking:

• Stay Active: Regular exercise and a consistent routine help keep dogs happy and healthy. Daily walks and playtime are great ways to release energy and reduce boredom, which can help minimize excessive barking.
• Encouraging Quiet Moments: Using positive reinforcement, such as treats or praise, when your dog stays calm and quiet, can be a rewarding and enjoyable way to nurture good behavior.
• Soothing Sounds: Playing gentle music or leaving the TV on can create a calming environment for dogs who might feel anxious or lonely when home alone.
• Minimize Distractions: If your dog gets excited by passersby, closing the blinds/drapes or adding visual barriers can help reduce triggers.
• Seek Support: If barking persists, working with a professional trainer can be a great way to support you and your dog for a happier, calmer home.

While barking is a natural form of communication for dogs, with a bit of mindful attention and care, we can work together to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the roofing project for the 20191 building is nearing completion. The diligent work of ADCO South over the past two years is expected to culminate in the project’s completion by October 2024. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Unfortunately, the Annual Meeting has been canceled due to No Quorum. The Adjourned Annual Meeting date is to be determined. More details will follow once the date has been determined.

The Seabridge Villas Board of Directors has contracted with RGS Landscape to re-landscape two of the planters in the 20301 Bluffside building. This will help mitigate water from going into the garages. The project will take approximately one-week to complete starting Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

RGS Landscape will be removing the drip system irrigation, plant material only, and installing mulch. The trees will remain in the planters. Attached you will find a rendering of what the planter will look like.
